Refund policy

Samples are free and don't need to be returned.

Unopened boxes in stock colors can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We refund the product price less a 25% restocking fee and less all shipping costs: the original freight charge is not refunded, and you arrange and pay for return freight to the address we give you. Boxes must be unopened, undamaged and in resellable condition. We refund within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the boxes.

Not returnable: opened boxes, partial boxes, unfinished or special-order flooring, and any flooring that has been cut, installed, stained or finished.

Wood is a natural material. Color, grain, knots and character vary from board to board and from the sample you saw. This is part of the floor's character, not a defect. Please order a sample before you buy, and lay out boards from several boxes before installing.

Damage or shortage: inspect every delivery before signing. Note any visible damage or missing boxes on the delivery receipt, take photos, and tell us within 48 hours at 212-518-3669 or info@tribecastone.com. We'll replace damaged or missing boxes at no charge. We can't accept claims after flooring has been installed.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship. After that, the return policy above applies.
