Terms of service

  1. Prices are per box and shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
  2. Sales tax is charged where required, including New York (8.875% in New York City) on the flooring and delivery.
  3. Discount codes are issued by Tribeca Wood sales representatives, one code per order, and can't be combined with other discounts.
  4. Quantities: you choose the quantity. We recommend ordering 10% extra for cuts and waste; the room calculator adds it for you.
  5. Natural variation: color, grain and character vary; see the return policy.
  6. Installation must follow the installation guidelines supplied with the flooring and local building codes. We supply flooring only and are not responsible for installation, subfloor conditions or moisture. Indoor relative humidity must be kept between about 35 and 55% year round; damage from very dry or very damp conditions (gaps, checking, cupping) is not a product defect and is generally not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  7. Liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
  8. Pricing errors: if an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a typing or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it was confirmed.
  9. Warranty: flooring carries the manufacturer's warranty only; details on request. We make no other warranty beyond what the law requires.
  10. Room images on this site are illustrations of the floor in a setting. Screen colors are approximate; order a sample to see the real boards.
  11. Radiant heat and moisture: check the floor's specifications and the installation guidelines (manufacturer and NWFA) before installing over radiant heat, concrete or below grade.
  12. Governing law: New York State.
